A project comprising single-family houses and low-rise residential buildings, in which Azzura Fibrex fibre-cement cladding boards created durable, colourful façade accents — from warm terracotta to yellow, blue and red. The material perfectly imitates the texture of painted timber, whilst remaining completely resistant to moisture, frost and deformation, unlike wood. Thanks to dimensional stability and fire class A2, the façade maintains its aesthetics and safety for many years.
The investor expected a warm, timber character of the façade without the typical problems associated with wood such as warping, rotting and the need for frequent maintenance.
Cladding boards made from Azzura Fibrex fibre-cement board were used, which provide the appearance of natural timber with full resistance to weather conditions and zero susceptibility to deformation.
