A dog house made with Azzura Fibrex is a solution that combines safety for the animal with long-lasting structural durability. Fiber-cement board maintains dimensional stability in all conditions — it doesn’t swell in rain, doesn’t deform in frost, and doesn’t require annual painting like wooden dog houses.

Why Fibrex for a dog house?

  • no toxic resins or adhesives — safe for the animal,
  • resistance to chewing — harder than wood and plywood,
  • easy to keep clean — smooth surface can be washed with water and detergent,
  • class A2 fire reaction — safe even near a heating lamp,
  • longevity — the dog house doesn’t require rebuilding after 2-3 seasons.

The structure shown in the photo was built from 6 Fibrex panels (4 walls + roof + floor), connected with aluminum profiles and screws for cement boards. The interior should be lined with insulation (mineral wool or PE mat) and fitted with flooring made of thicker board or OSB protected with foil — so that the animal has a comfortable, warm resting zone all year round.
